The London Military Family Resource Centre (LMFRC) respects and protects the privacy of its clients. Through registrations for various programs and services, the LMRFC may ask for your personal information such as: your name, address, phone number, and third party information such as next of kin and emergency contact names and numbers. This information is needed to deliver requested programs and services; for invoicing and collection where applicable; for follow-up contact with clients where required or requested; and for the delivery of the LMFRC Community Newsletter.
Be assured that the LMFRC will not disclose your information to anyone without your consent unless circumstances such as legal, medical, or security reasons make it impossible or impractical to seek consent.
The ensure the privacy of our clients, all information collected by the LMFRC is used solely for LMFRC purposed identified, under strict confidentiality in compliance with the Privacy Code for Military Family Services Program (MFSP), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
